Times Square in New York on New Year's Eve? London? Tokyo? Those venues are mere child's play compared to the legendary New Year's Eve experience at Foxy's bayside establishment on the island of Jost Van Dyke in the B.V.I.s. (B.V.I. stands for British Virgin Islands for those of you who don't get out much). Drinking in moderation most always is a good idea.
